The essentials.
What does the £500 website include?
A personalised, mobile-friendly website using our design framework and your supplied copy and images, with basic search setup, domain connection and launch. New stores, custom apps and bespoke integrations are quoted separately. Your chosen monthly package covers hosting and subsequent revisions. Studio and Unlimited also cover booking.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one small change to existing text, an image, a link or a booking setting. Send complete instructions and any replacement content. Essential includes one per month; Studio includes ten. Unused revisions do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features and content production are separate projects.
How does Unlimited work?
Write or voice-message your small changes on WhatsApp or iMessage. There is no monthly revision limit, with one active request at a time. Your message becomes a live website update within 1 hour, from 8am to 8pm UK time, seven days a week. Send your instructions and any images or copy on WhatsApp or iMessage and we take care of the rest. The clock starts when everything needed is supplied. Requests after 7pm enter the next service window; larger work gets an agreed scope and schedule.
Are hosting and Calendly included?
Every monthly package includes Netlify hosting, secure HTTPS and hosting checks. Studio and Unlimited also include a Calendly Standard subscription with online booking, calendar sync and reminders. One standard domain registration or renewal up to £25/year and DNS management are included. Extra hosts, premium domains and higher hosting usage are agreed before additional charges.
Can I change packages or cancel?
You can change packages at your next billing date, after agreeing any setup needed. All packages are monthly services with 30 days’ cancellation notice. If you leave, you will need to arrange and pay for replacement hosting, domain renewals and any Calendly subscription you keep.
Do I own my website and accounts?
You own your completed website files after the build fee is paid. Your domain and Calendly account stay in your name, with access granted to flywheel for management. Handover or migration work is agreed separately.
What costs extra?
Business email, payment-processing fees, paid video conferencing, additional booking hosts, premium domains and specialist membership or class-credit software are separate. Copywriting, photography, video, new pages and work beyond revisions are quoted before starting.
How do payments work?
Pay £500 once for the website, then £39, £119 or £399 each month from launch for your chosen service. Hosting and domain costs are covered by every package. Calendly is covered by Studio and Unlimited. This preview creates a downloadable package request; live signup and payment links will be added before sales launch.
